We are seeing huge problems across the business with Microsoft Outlook. This appears to be affecting Office 2010 which is in RDS and some of the older Windows 7 computers.

The Service Team are working on getting working versions of Outlook installed on peoples machines and the Infrastructure Team are working on upgrading the version that runs on RDS.
