Following on from our previous urgent request to update the Chrome web browser to the latest release;

Please can we ask that you ensure that the “Chrome” app on your mobile phone is also updated to the latest release:

1. Simply select the “Play store” app on your Android phone
2. In the search field, type: “google chrome”
3. When the app is displayed, select the “update” option

If you see an option for “Open” instead of “Update”, then you are already running the latest release.

You can also find out what version of chrome you are running:

1. Open the “Chrome” app on your phone
2. In the address bar type the following: 

Chrome://version

You should be running version “112.0.5615.136” or later
