WHS Email Signature Guide

 

  1. In the Top left corner of Outlook, Click the File Option


  2. On the page that opens, Near the bottom Left Corner, Click Options
     
     
     
     
  3. In the new window that opens, select the Mail tab on the left, and then click Signatures on the right-hand side.



  4. In the Signatures Windows, click New
     
     
     
  5. Enter a name for your new signature and Click OK.
  6. Copy the Signature at the Bottom of this document, and paste it into the large Edit Signature text box in the bottom Half of the window, making sure to fill it out with your own information, you can then click Save.
     


     
     
     
     
  7. Finally, make sure New Messages and Replies/Forwards are set to your new Signature, you can then click ok and close the outlook options windows.

 


Signature Text

  • Replace the bits in < > with your details.
  • Replace the company details with the relevant company details
  • The Font Colour for the main signature is RGB 31, 73, 125
  • The Font Colour for the Legal Notice is RGB 127,127, 127
  • Your Name should be in bold, everything else in normal font
  • Your Name and Job Title should be in Calibri 11
  • The text below the strapline should be in Calibri 9.
  • Phone Numbers in international format e.g. +44 1234 567890 (no leading zero)
